Today, Minister Nurdana Oruntaev held a meeting with the shareholders at the site of the residential complex "Kudaybergen," where his deputies, heads of relevant departments, and representatives of the developer were present.
According to the ministry's data, residents purchased apartments in this complex four years ago, but have still not been able to receive their housing due to the suspension of construction work and financial difficulties faced by the developer. Previously, the ministry had sent directives to the company demanding the resumption of construction; however, due to a lack of financial resources, the work was not continued.
The management of "Dooolot Kuroolush" has handed over the problematic facilities to the Ministry of Construction, which will take care of their final completion and subsequent transfer of apartments to the shareholders.
It is worth noting that on January 22, President Sadyr Japarov instructed to check the activities of this construction company after numerous complaints from citizens. It was previously reported that more than 1 billion soms were collected from the shareholders, and over a thousand people were affected by this situation. The issues are being addressed by a working commission.
