At the meeting, attended by 24 deputies, the mayor Nurtilek Orozbaev, the chairman of the city council Chyngyz Kimsanov, as well as heads of local institutions and enterprises also participated.
The agenda included issues related to the development of the city, management of municipal property, and budget policy.
First, the deputies discussed the work plan of the city council for 2026. The report was presented by chairman Chyngyz Kimsanov, who voiced proposals from the heads of permanent commissions, which helped to determine the main areas of activity for the next year.
Mayor Nurtilek Orozbaev presented a report on activities for 2025, in which he discussed the implementation of the socio-economic development program, measures of social support, and the execution of decisions made by the city council. The deputies asked questions and rated the mayor's performance at a satisfactory level.
The report from the municipal property management for 2025 was also discussed, which contained information on the preservation of municipal property, government procurement, and the quality of completed work.
The fourth item on the agenda was the approval of the execution of the Kara-Kul budget for 2025 and the amended plan.
The fifth item concerned the results of the audit by the Accounts Chamber for 2024. Following the inspection of the budget and the work of municipal enterprises, the leaders responded to the identified remarks.
In addition, the deputies heard a report on the execution of the pasture usage plan for 2025 and reviewed the project for 2026.
At the end of the session, decisions were made on all issues, and the deputies emphasized the importance of continuing work on the sustainable development of the city, adhering to budget discipline, and effective management of municipal property.
