According to the city hall, "Asman Park" will be a modern public space that combines both open and partially closed areas. The main part of the park will be allocated for open parking, where residents can enjoy fresh air, as well as take advantage of attractions and walking paths designed for family recreation. The park will be accessible for visits with children at any time of the year, regardless of weather conditions.
More than 1000 trees and green plantings are planned to be planted in the park area.
It is worth noting that work on the demolition of old structures on the park's territory began in February 2024.
