The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services has taken possession of the residential complexes "Kudaybergen" and "Shopokov." This became known during the meeting of Minister Nurdana Oruntaev with the shareholders of the "Doolot Kurulush" company.
Deputy ministers, heads of relevant departments, and company representatives were also present at the meeting.
It turned out that buyers who purchased apartments from "Doolot Kurulush" four years ago are still without housing and have repeatedly filed complaints about the slow pace of construction.
In light of the above, the Ministry of Construction issued a warning to the company and instructed the need to resume construction work.
The company has come under the control of the president due to internal financial problems and shareholder complaints. The Ministry of Construction has also been instructed to complete the construction of residential complexes within the next two years.
The minister noted that "apartment prices will not exceed market rates." Work is underway to create a clear schedule for construction work and to calculate the cost of necessary materials. At the same time, shareholders' funds will be used only for construction.
Each contract with shareholders will be reviewed by relevant specialists, and payments will be made according to a new schedule.
Transparency in the use of funds and each stage of the construction process will be ensured.
