Deputy ministers and heads of relevant departments also participated in the discussion.
It turned out that citizens who purchased apartments from this company four years ago are still waiting to receive their housing, as construction has been halted.
As a result, the Ministry of Construction was forced to instruct "Doolot Kurulush" to resume construction work.
However, financial problems within the company led to the ineffective use of shareholder funds, which was the reason for the temporary halt in work.
After the shareholders' appeal, the company's activities were placed under the control of the President of Kyrgyzstan, and the Ministry of Construction received the corresponding instructions.Today, the management of "Doolot Kurulush" transferred all construction sites to the ministry for the completion of the projects.
Oruntaev emphasized that as part of "systematic measures," the company's assets will be transferred to the state, and the resumption of work will occur in stages.
The minister added that the cost of apartments will not exceed market prices, a clear schedule for construction work will be developed, and material costs will be calculated. Shareholder funds will be used exclusively for the completion of construction," he noted.
Each contract with shareholders will be examined by specialists, and payments will be made according to the new schedule. It has been promised that the process of using funds and each stage of construction will be transparent, and full responsibility will lie with the Ministry of Construction.
Recall that on January 22, President Sadyr Japarov instructed a check on the activities of the construction company "Doolot Kurulush" following numerous citizen appeals. It is known that over 1 billion soms were collected from investors, with more than a thousand people affected. The circumstances of the case are being investigated by a working commission.
