The Ministry of Construction had previously sent warnings and directives to the company regarding the need to resume construction. However, financial difficulties led to the ineffective use of the shareholders' funds, which, in turn, resulted in the suspension of construction work.
The state will take control of the assets of LLC "Doolot Kurulush"
To date, the company's management has transferred the construction sites to the Ministry of Construction for the completion of the work.
Minister Oruntaev noted that as part of a comprehensive approach, the company's assets will be transferred to the state, and construction work on the sites is planned to be resumed in stages.
The construction of the "Kudaybergen" and "Shopokov" complexes is expected to be completed within the next two years.
Currently, steps are being taken to resume the work that was suspended within a month. At the same time, a review of all necessary documents and contracts is underway.
"The prices for apartments will not exceed market rates. A clear construction schedule and cost calculation for materials will be established. The shareholders' funds will be directed exclusively towards the completion of construction work," said Nurdhan Oruntaev.
Each contract with the shareholders will be reviewed by specialists, and further payments will be made according to the updated schedule.
According to the Ministry of Justice, LLC "Doolot Kurulush" was registered in 2016. The general director of the company is Omorov Bakai Akmatkulovich, and the founder is Moldokunov Kudayberdi Jenishbekovich.
