The training of teachers was organized with the support of the company "Alliance Altyn"
In the Talas region, special training for secondary school teachers has been completed, aimed at preparing graduating classes for the national exam. This training was made possible thanks to the support of the company "Alliance Altyn".
In January 2026, the public organization "Bilimland" organized this training, as a result of which 120 educators from the Aitmatov, Talas, Bakai-Ata, and Manas districts, as well as the city of Talas, were able to deepen their knowledge in preparation for the ORT and received certificates of successful completion of the course.
According to Ernist Jakypov, head of "Bilimland", next year the training will be limited to the Manas district, however, "Alliance Altyn" has already initiated and secured funding to expand the program to the entire Talas region in the 2025-2026 academic year.
“In the first year, we focused on one district. Thanks to the support of the company, this year we were able to train teachers from almost all accredited schools in the region. We also provided them with special textbooks — one hundred copies for each district, to assist in preparation for the ORT. Now the teachers will return to their schools and organize two-month courses for graduates, and for this, they will be rewarded,” added Jakypov.
Representatives of educational institutions in the city and districts noted the importance of such educational initiatives and thanked the project organizers. The main goal of this program is to improve the quality of education in the Talas region and to assist graduates from remote settlements in achieving high results on national exams.
Since its inception, the company "Alliance Altyn" has actively supported the education sector and funded various initiatives.
