During a visit to the Moscow district of Chuy region, deputies were shocked by what they saw in the local hospital. Witnesses claim that some of them could not hold back tears while inspecting such a dilapidated medical facility.
The hospital building is long outdated: the walls and wards are in a deplorable state, and the medical equipment clearly needs updating. Nevertheless, the hospital continues to operate, doctors remain in their positions, and residents of the region are forced to come here, as there are no alternative medical facilities nearby.
