As a result of the work of the Prosecutor's Office of the Kochkor District, cases of violations of legislation in the field of land relations were identified, which led to the return of illegally transferred plots to municipal ownership. This was reported by representatives of the General Prosecutor's Office.
According to the supervisory authority, during the inspection, it was revealed that in 2012 there was an illegal transfer of land plots with an area of 0.40 hectares, located in the territory of the Ormon-Khan Ayil Okmotu, into private ownership.
As a result of the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, these plots, valued at 7 million 200 thousand soms, were returned to municipal ownership.
