
At the Olympic Games in Italy, Timur Shakirov, representing Kyrgyzstan, was unable to complete his race in the slalom. A total of 96 athletes participated in the competition.
Shakirov started with number 84, but during his first attempt, he made a mistake and left the course, losing his chance for a medal.
It is worth noting that more than half of the participants were unable to finish in the first attempt, including Olympic champion Lucas Pinheiro Broten.
Earlier in these Games, Timur had already competed in the giant slalom, where he finished in 62nd place.
