This electronic payment system was launched by the muftiate in 2025, and according to information from the Spiritual Administration of Muslims, its testing was successful.
Muftiate representatives noted that using QR codes for donations ensures a high degree of transparency, significantly simplifying the accounting of funds. Openness in the process of collecting charitable contributions fosters trust from the population and inspires citizens to participate in charity.
Amount of fitr-sadaqah for 2026
For this year, the amount of fitr-sadaqah for each person is set at 1.6 kilograms of wheat (equivalent to 60 soms), 880 soms for raisins, 90 soms for flour or 3.2 kilograms of barley (100 soms), and 1,200 soms for dates.
The DUMK added that considering the instability of food prices, it is advisable to focus on their weight.
