As a result of the inspections conducted, employees of the State Tax Service discovered cases of storage and sale of goods without excise stamps. This was reported by the press service of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In particular, in a store owned by LLC "Chongqing Hogo," 160 units of alcohol products of Chinese origin without excise stamps were found, as well as 405 liters of liquid with an alcoholic smell and 124 units of beverages containing sugar.
Additionally, at the sales point "Choice of the East," 248 pieces of alcoholic products without excise stamps, 7 energy drinks, and 266 units of juices were found.
As a result of the raids, corresponding tax control acts were drawn up, and further measures will be taken in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The tax service emphasizes that the sale of excise goods without excise stamps is a serious violation of tax legislation and entails the consequences provided by law.
