However, later the landowners changed the terms of the contract, leading to legal disputes and, consequently, the freezing of construction. The facility has still not been put into operation.
In 2021, 116 citizens of Kyrgyzstan requested assistance, who invested funds in the project located at Baytik Baatyr, 60-64, carried out by the company "Master Group."
