The prosecutor's office held an interagency meeting that included representatives from law enforcement agencies, as well as officials responsible for road safety and city court bailiffs.
The main objective of this meeting was to discuss issues related to accountability under the Code of Offenses, as well as to organize effective enforcement of protocols and collection of fines for the benefit of the state.
During the meeting, current cases of administrative offenses, issues related to the collection of fines, and possible solutions to these problems were discussed. Participants noted the need for raids to identify citizens who seriously violate the law and do not pay fines.
As a result of the meeting, specific instructions were given to the relevant authorities regarding the organization of raid activities, improving information exchange, and enhancing control over the enforcement of protocols and court decisions.
In 2025, a total of 2,037 cases of administrative offenses were considered in the Osh region. Of this number:
- Fines were imposed in 296 cases, totaling 1 million 715 thousand soms;
- 117 citizens were assigned to community service;
- 1,229 individuals lost their driving licenses;
- 341 citizens were subjected to administrative arrest;
- 3 individuals were expelled from the country.
