The former deputy emphasized that Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, while holding the position of speaker, did not protect more than 20 of his colleagues who found themselves in a difficult situation.
On his Facebook page, former deputy Shailoobek Atazov expressed dissatisfaction with the behavior of former parliament speaker Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, accusing him of betrayal.
According to Atazov, during the period of 2023–2024, over 20 deputies faced threats, yet Turgunbek uulu, while in the position of speaker, took no action to protect them.
The author of the post is also concerned that with Turgunbek uulu's arrival in the Jogorku Kenesh, intrigues began.
Atazov claims that the former speaker created conflicts out of thin air, slandered some deputies, and asked the leadership to get rid of those whom he believed were not obedient.
Additionally, Atazov noted that Turgunbek uulu summoned deputies to himself and threatened them with criminal cases, referring to his own experience.
“When he left the position of speaker, he did not find words of gratitude for those who supported him, and from the podium he stated: ‘Do not associate me with one or two people,’ which can be interpreted as betrayal,” Atazov added.
