According to the city hall, the work on renovating the square on Boronchieva Street is being carried out by the municipal enterprise "KKP." As part of this work, it is planned to remove poplars that are over 35 years old. The mentioned trees are in a weakened state and pose a danger to pedestrians and vehicles due to the high risk of falling.
In place of the felled trees, a new recreation area will be created, which will include:
- planting new decorative and resilient trees;
- installing benches for rest;
- installing modern street lighting;
- landscaping and cleaning of the square.
