The State Mortgage Company achieved record results in 2025, as stated by President Sadyr Japarov at a national meeting.
The President noted that the approach to housing policy in the country has changed radically. As a result, in 2025, more than 4,600 families were able to become owners of new apartments.
“This accounts for half of the total housing provided over the previous four years. Since 2021, 9,250 families across the republic have received their apartments,” Japarov added.
He also emphasized that funding for housing construction is evenly distributed between the north and south of the country, with 50 percent of the funds allocated to each region.
Last year, out of a total of 400 million dollars, 200 million were directed to both the north and the south.
“This year, 400 million dollars are also planned to be allocated, which will be distributed equally. We adhere to the principle of fair distribution, as the population in both regions is approximately the same,” the president noted.
