On March 1, the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Urmatbek Shamyrkanov, inspected dangerous areas of the Naryn River. He was assisted in this inspection by the akim of the Ak-Talinsky district, Mirlan Kamchybekov, and local authorities. During the visit, areas that could pose a threat to both the population and agricultural lands were thoroughly examined. The agency noted that necessary measures would be taken in the future to improve the situation.
It is worth reminding that at the IV People's Kurultai, which took place last year with the participation of President Sadyr Japarov, the issue of strengthening the riverbed of the Naryn River and protecting settlements in the Togolok Moldo rural area of the Ak-Talinsky district was already raised.
