The farewell ceremony for the prominent public figure took place on March 1 in the city of Razakov.
Mukhtar Khudaiberdiev was born on May 15, 1952, in Suluktu. In 1976, he completed his studies at the Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
Throughout his career, he made significant contributions to the construction industry and held important government positions:
- From 1976 to 1979, he began his career as a foreman and then became a construction supervisor at the Kadamjai Mine Construction Administration of the Oshstroy Trust.
- From 1979 to 1983, he worked as the deputy director of the interschool training and production complex (TPC) in Frunze.
- From 1983 to 1985, he served as the director of the interschool TPC in Haidarken and also performed various other duties.
- From 2000 to 2002, he was the head of the organizational work and local self-government department in the Batken Regional State Administration.
- From 2002 to 2008, he held the position of deputy head of the state administration (akim) of the Leilek District.
- From 2008 to 2011, he was the chairman of the Leilek District Kenesh.
- Since 2020 and until the last days of his life, he led the Council of Veterans (Elders) of the Leilek District.
