According to information from the Ministry of Construction, during one of the raids, construction sites were identified for which the necessary registration had not been completed in accordance with established procedures.
Among such sites are:
- building at 4 Zhukeeva-Pudovkina Street;
- facilities at 13, 13a, 15 Gvardeyskaya Street;
- buildings at 72, 72a, 42 Gorky Street;
- facility at 10 Yunusaliev Street.
“Developers have received written notifications, as well as mandatory orders to prepare urban planning documentation and register their facilities. It is important to remember that before starting construction, developers must obtain architectural and permitting documents and register their facilities in the appropriate registry,” the Ministry of Construction reports.
