According to the foreign policy agency, the following points are available for crossing the border:
- The "Bajgiran" point — intended only for holders of diplomatic passports;
- The "Artyk" and "Serakhs" points — open to all holders of civilian passports.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also emphasized that in case of any questions, citizens can contact the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan located in Turkmenistan or reach out directly to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
