Present at the celebration were the akim of the Nooken district, Talai Ishenbekov, local residents, employees of various institutions and enterprises, as well as representatives of the public.
The celebration began with a procession, during which participants, holding national symbols, headed towards the central square, demonstrating unity and patriotism.
In his speech, the akim emphasized that the ak kalpak is a sacred symbol of the people, embodying national pride and the heritage of ancestors. He also touched upon the history of the state flag.
As part of the event, the flag of Kyrgyzstan was raised in the central square, and a cultural program was presented, creating a festive atmosphere.
