Residents of the Pervomaisky District living on Vlasov Street have reached out to the editorial office of Kaktus.media to draw attention to the condition of the local road, which, according to them, leaves much to be desired.

One local resident reported that this street, located between Patrice Lumumba Street and Kainazarova Street, has never been repaired. After rain, large puddles form on the road, and some sections look like dirty ponds, causing dissatisfaction among the townspeople.
