The Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic today, March 9, rejected the appeal of Kloop media concerning the decision of the October District Court of Bishkek, which recognized the materials published on the publication's website as extremist.
As reported by the publication's lawyer, Nurbek Toktakunov, the Supreme Court judges quickly denied the consideration of the appeal.
It should be noted that the October District Prosecutor's Office previously filed a lawsuit demanding that the materials of Kloop media, as well as Temirov Live and "Ait ait dese," and the activities of their leaders, Rinat Tukhvatshin and Bolot Temirov, be recognized as extremist.
The court granted this request from the prosecutor's office on October 27, 2025, recognizing the publications Temirov Live, Kloop.kg, and "Ait ait dese" as extremist.
At the same time, Interpol refused to extradite Kloop co-founder Rinat Tukhvatshin to Kyrgyzstan.
