Today, March 9, the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic reviewed the appeal from Kloop media, challenging the decision of the October District Court of Bishkek, which recognized the materials posted on the Kloop website as extremist.

Kloop's lawyer, Nurbek Toktakunov, informed Kaktus.media that the Supreme Court judges quickly dismissed the appeal.

We remind you that the October District Prosecutor's Office filed a request with the court to recognize the materials of Kloop media, as well as Temirov Live and "Ait ait dese," along with their leaders, Rinat Tukhvatshin and Bolot Temirov, as extremist. This decision was based on materials presented by the State Committee for National Security (SCNS). The court granted this request from the prosecutor's office on October 27, 2025, recognizing the specified publications as extremist.

It is worth noting that Interpol denied Kyrgyzstan's request to locate Kloop co-founder Rinat Tukhvatshin.
