Today, the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan reviewed the appeal from Kloop Media but rejected it, upholding the previous decision of the October District Court of Bishkek.

The publication's lawyer, Nurbek Toktakunov, reported that the judicial panel made its decision in an expedited manner, confirming the earlier court's conclusions that Kloop Media's materials are recognized as extremist.

Recall that on October 27, the October District Court recognized not only the materials of Kloop.kg as extremist but also the information projects Temirov Live and "Ayt Ayt Dese," as well as the activities of journalists Bolot Temirov and Rinat Tukhvatshin, who are involved in these projects.

According to the court's ruling, users are prohibited from liking and sharing materials from these media on social networks, as this could be interpreted as support for an extremist organization.

The media projects Temirov Live and "Ayt Ayt Dese" were founded by investigative journalist Bolot Temirov, who was expelled from Kyrgyzstan in 2022 after the court declared his citizenship passport invalid.
