The Chui Electric Networks enterprise has opened a new workshop specializing in the production of traverses for overhead power lines operating at voltages from 10 to 35 kV.
According to information from the press service of the Chui Electric Networks, the launch of this workshop is aimed at improving the material and technical base and enhancing the reliability of electricity supply for residents of the Chui region. Traverses, as key structural elements, ensure the reliable attachment of wires and insulators, as well as increase the stability of lines to various climatic and wind loads.
Previously, these metal structures were purchased from third-party suppliers, but now the establishment of in-house production will allow:
- significantly reduce the time for construction and repair work;
- promptly supply the district electrical networks with the necessary materials;
- lower production costs;
- enhance quality control of the produced products.
The new workshop utilizes modern metal processing technologies, and the entire production process complies with strict technical requirements and safety standards.
