On March 12, a technical meeting was held at the "Manas Ordo" complex with the participation of the presidential representative in the Talas region, Ermat Jumayev, and the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic, Talantbek Imankun uulu. During the meeting, the current stages of construction, identified shortcomings, and measures to accelerate and improve the quality of work were discussed.

The 'Manas Ordo' complex is being expanded threefold. A digital museum and a congress hall will be added.
The area of the museum is planned to be increased from 400 to 1200 square meters. The building will be modernized and converted into a contemporary digital arts museum, where new exhibits will be introduced. Interior finishing work will begin soon. Additionally, a congress hall for 300 seats and a two-story administrative building with an area of 1000 square meters are being constructed on the complex's territory.

Due to the warming weather, a transition to a two-shift work schedule is planned. At the same time, greening and tree planting will begin.

"All construction work must be completed by August 31. This year, Kyrgyzstan's Independence Day will be celebrated in the Talas region, with the 'Manas Ordo' complex being the key venue for the celebration," the statement noted.

The main goal of the large-scale reconstruction project initiated by President Sadyr Japarov is to transform 'Manas Ordo' into an outstanding cultural and technological center of Central Asia.

It is worth noting that the reconstruction began on November 13, 2025, when a time capsule was laid in the foundation of the future complex during the president's working visit to the Talas region.
