The meeting between the Commissioner for Children's Rights Asel Chynbaeva and the UNICEF representative in Kyrgyzstan, Samman Tapa, served as a starting point for discussing key aspects of joint work in the field of protecting children's rights and well-being.
Upon completion of the negotiations, an action plan for 2026–2027 concerning social policy was signed.
This document aims to strengthen the system for protecting children's rights and create effective mechanisms for monitoring their situation in the country. One of the priorities will be a systematic analysis of the situation regarding children's rights, as well as improving inter-agency cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of the work of the Commissioner for Children's Rights.
The parties emphasized that the implementation of the signed plan will contribute to improving state policy in the field of protecting children's rights and will allow for a more comprehensive approach to issues of their well-being and development.
