Kubanychbek Samakov, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, has been nominated for the position of chairman of the committee on agrarian policy, water resources, subsoil use, ecology, and environmental protection.
It should be noted that he is the only candidate, and the final decision will be made in today's secret ballot of the deputies.
Currently, Samakov serves as the acting deputy chairman of the committee on constitutional legislation, state structure, local self-government, and regulations.
