The inspection of a five-story residential building located at 20 Fuchik Street in Bishkek has been completed. This decision was made after a video addressing safety issues with the building was submitted to the Ministry of Construction.

At the direction of Minister Nurdana Oruntaeva, a group of specialists led by Kanat Kanbolotov, the director of the State Institute of Seismic Resistant Construction and Engineering Design, was sent to assess the condition of the facility.

The preliminary assessment showed that prolonged operation of the building without proper capital repairs and maintenance of engineering systems has led to significant damage to the walls and corrosion of the floors. Currently, the technical condition of the building is classified as hazardous, and a final report will be issued upon completion of a full inspection.

Official notifications regarding the condition of the building have already been sent to both the residents and the city mayor's office.
