Additionally, it was established that a cable for electricity supply had been laid on the agricultural land without the necessary permits. At the time of the inspection, the electricity supply had been disconnected. Such actions, along with the use of the land for purposes other than intended, constitute serious violations of the legislation. Furthermore, the facility operates without the appropriate design and permit documents, as stated in the documentation.
As a result of the inspection, the owner received a written order, and the operation of the facility was suspended until all identified violations are fully rectified.
