The competition for vacancies at the all-season mountain cluster "Ala-Tuu Resort," located in the Jyrgalan area, has concluded in Kyrgyzstan.
The company reported that candidates were sought for the positions of cable car manager, operator, maintenance technician, electrician, and hydraulic mechanic as part of this selection process. From February 20 to March 15, 2026, over 200 applications were received. The initial selection showed that 60 candidates met the requirements, and as a result of interviews, 20 finalists were chosen.
The in-person selection stage took place on March 24-25 in Karakol, where 45 candidates were present.
Currently, the final verification of documents from the selected candidates is underway, and a final decision on enrollment will be made within 3-4 days.
After the competition concludes, the 20 selected candidates will be sent for training and internships organized by Doppelmayr in accordance with the cable car construction agreement. This training process aims to prepare specialists for the operation, maintenance, and control of the cable car.
The training will last until the end of April 2026, and participants will be provided with accommodation, meals, and training conditions.
