She noted that last year there were cases where parents grouped together to register their children at a single address to secure a place for them in a specific school based on their residence.
“As a result, work was carried out with parents, school directors, and law enforcement agencies. The primary responsibility lies with the parents. We urged school administrations and teachers to avoid repeating the mistakes of last year. I hope that in 2026, such situations will not arise,” emphasized Rakhmat Musaev.
It is worth reminding that in 2025, it was revealed that some institutions were subject to fictitious registration of children. Individuals registered as guardians electronically registered children based on forged documents. In particular, at school No. 29 in Bishkek, instances of illegal registration of 86 children were found. Similar incidents occurred in other educational institutions across the country. Following the inspections, information about all improperly registered children was annulled.
