On April 3 and 4, 2026, an event called "MGIMO Days" will take place in the capital of Kyrgyzstan. As part of this event, representatives of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) will meet with the youth of the republic. Participation in these meetings is expected from high school students eager to study international relations, as well as from students already studying in this field.
The initiative is organized with the support of the Russian House in Bishkek and the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin. The program includes open dialogues and active discussions that will allow participants to learn about the opportunities offered by one of Russia's leading universities.
The first meeting will begin on April 3 at 10:00 AM at the Technopark located at 1/2 Gorky Street. At the event, MGIMO representatives will provide information about admission prospects for international students and answer questions from future applicants. Leading university professors will conduct lectures and offer engaging interactive activities. Participation in this event is free, but registration via the link is required.
On the second day, April 4, at 11:00 AM, the meetings will move to the main building of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin, located at 44 Kyivskaya Street. Here, the youth will participate in a project game "Kyrgyzstan-Russia: Interaction Trajectories." The program includes a thematic lecture from an MGIMO expert, as well as collaborative work between students from Russia and Kyrgyzstan on projects aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation.
Considering the limited number of places, registration for participation is mandatory via the link. The full program of "MGIMO Days" in Bishkek is available on the official website of the university's International Department.
