The dismantling of the main New Year tree has begun in Ala-Too Square in Bishkek. City service employees have started removing decorations and ornaments. This was reported by the capital's mayor's office, as conveyed by the "Kabar" agency.
It is worth noting that the main tree of the country was ceremoniously lit on December 15. Its design was created in a unified style with the city's symbols, the Manas monument, and the renovated Ala-Too Square. This year, over 7,000 ornaments in blue and silver colors were placed on it.
In addition to the tree, an ice rink, a recreational area, and a food court operated in the square, making the festive events even more diverse.
