It is known that the companies OsOO "Ramay Sayakat," OsOO "Golden Work Travel," OsOO "Aska Travel," and OsOO "Ayris Travel" have rectified previously identified violations and submitted all necessary documents in accordance with the requirements of the regulation "On the Procedure for Issuing Permits for the Right to Engage in Employment Activities for Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic Abroad," which was approved by the government.
It is important to note that sending citizens of Kyrgyzstan to work outside the country is only possible with a valid permit and strict compliance with the legislation on external labor migration.
Previously, permits for these four agencies were temporarily suspended. This decision was made after an inspection revealed that the agencies provided inaccurate information when processing documents, including failing to confirm actual cooperation with employers or intermediaries in Turkey.
