Journalist Ernist Kyazov was summoned for a conversation at the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) following his interview with the former head of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes (GSBEP) Syimyk Zhapikeev. This was reported by Kyazov himself.
On his Facebook page, he shared that he spent an hour and a half at the GKNB, and the communication took place in a "polite and correct" atmosphere.
Committee representatives noted that they are interested in stability in the country, to which Kyazov responded that he shares these same goals in his professional activities.
It is worth noting that the podcast with Zhapikeev elicited a mixed reaction from the public, particularly regarding his statements about the works of Chyngyz Aitmatov, which he characterized as "five kopeck stories".
