He is accused of not vacating the state housing after the end of his deputy term.
Mirlan Samyikozho, who held the position of deputy in the Jogorku Kenesh, commented on the accusations that have appeared on social media regarding his failure to vacate the official apartment. He reported this in his post on Facebook.
He pointed out that the deadline for vacating the official housing expires on January 19. Samyikozho noted that not all former deputies have been able to return their apartments yet. In his opinion, the residence of his relatives in this housing is a personal matter and should not be grounds for accusations.
Furthermore, he stated that the official apartment has already been vacated and the keys have been handed over to security. The former deputy added that anyone interested can verify this personally, attaching a video to his post that confirms his words.

Samyikozho also denied the information that he had approached current deputies with a request to formalize his residence in the apartment, urging those who have such information to name names. In conclusion, he emphasized that attempts to "find flaws and slander over trivial matters" have their limits and addressed this to his colleagues.
It is worth noting that information has appeared on social media indicating that the former deputy resides in the "Achekey" residential complex in the "Kok-Jar" area, and his sister allegedly occupies his official apartment and does not vacate it despite his brother's term ending.
Additionally, it is reported that this apartment is on the parliament's balance sheet, and the former deputy is avoiding communication with the parliamentary staff while simultaneously trying to negotiate with one of the new deputies about re-registering the housing.
