The Central Election Commission confirmed the decisions of the territorial election commissions of the Panfilov, Nookat, Alay, Toktogul, and Jeti-Oguz districts regarding the early termination of the powers of a number of local council deputies at a meeting on January 12.
Among these decisions was the exclusion of some registered candidates from the lists, as well as the transfer of vacant mandates to the next candidates on the list.
Thus, the powers of Svetlana Nikolayevna Remizova, a deputy of the Frunze rural council of the Panfilov district, were terminated early based on her application. The vacant position was filled by Melisbek Milderovich Akmatbekov, who received the highest number of votes in the elections.
Deputy Nurlan Sultanovich Adanov of the Kulatovsky rural council of the Nookat district also voluntarily relinquished his powers early, and his mandate was transferred to Ubaidille Tashanovich Murzuraimov.
In the Alay district, the powers of deputies Jomart Arinbaevich Mamatumarov and Azamat Talantbek uulu of the Kurmanjan-Datkin rural council were terminated based on their applications. The vacant mandates went to Kunduz Toichubekovna Shaaeva and Sultanbek Talasbekovich Talasbekov.
Additionally, deputy Rysbek Rayymbekovich Toktosunov of the Toktogul city council ("Tynchtyk") also terminated his powers early based on a submitted application, and his mandate was transferred to Mars Anarbekovich Totobaev.
Finally, in the Jeti-Oguz district, the powers of Ruslan Salakunovich Imanaliev, a deputy of the Kyzyl-Suy rural council, were terminated at his request, and the mandate was transferred to Baktybek Toktosunovich Karybaev.
