The Central Election Commission has published the preliminary voter lists for the repeat elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for constituency No. 13. This information is available on the state voter portal "Tizme" at https://tizme.gov.kg/. The repeat elections, scheduled for March 1, 2026, will be conducted based on the lists prepared by the State Institution "Kyzmat" under the Presidential Administration. These lists are formed based on information from the Unified State Population Register (USPR). Until January 13, 2026, the preliminary lists in paper format will be posted at 94 polling stations. The total number of voters listed in the preliminary list is 161,347 individuals. Of these:
- men – 80,394 (49.83%);
- women – 80,953 (50.17%). By age groups:
- 18 years – 585 (0.36%);
- 19-35 years – 67,435 (41.80%);
- 36-45 years – 35,915 (22.26%);
- 46-55 years – 23,500 (14.56%);
- 56-65 years – 19,687 (12.20%);
- over 66 years – 14,225 (8.82%). Voters can check their information in the lists until February 18, 2026. The following methods are available for this purpose:
- calling the short numbers 1255 or 119;
- visiting the polling station;
- using the website "tizme.gov.kg";
- sending an SMS to the number 119 with their PIN (personal identification number) from their passport, after which the voter will receive information about their polling station (calls and SMS are free). If errors or inaccuracies are found in the lists, citizens can submit an application electronically through the "Voter's Cabinet" service on the "tizme.gov.kg" website until February 18, 2026, after authorizing in accordance with the legislation. Citizens who have not undergone biometric registration and are not listed can update their passport information and register at the Public Service Centers (PSC). Boundaries of constituency No. 13: the city of Bazar-Korgon, including polling stations No. 2423, No. 2428, No. 2140, No. 2141, as well as the Kenesh, Arstanbap-Atin, and Saydykum rural districts of the Bazar-Korgon district; fully included are the D. Sadyrbaev, E. Aliyev, and Mombekov rural districts, as well as the city of Kochkor-Ata in the Nooken district and the city of Mailuu-Suu.
