Intensive monitoring of the company's activities has begun by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB)
The construction company "Elite-Stroy-City" is under investigation by the GKNB, according to information released by the agency's press service.
This investigation was initiated following a complaint from residents of the "Manas" complex to President Sadyr Japarov and the Deputy Prime Minister, head of the GKNB Kamchybek Tashiev. In their video address, the citizens expressed dissatisfaction with delays in the handover of apartments and the lengthy construction timelines.
In this regard, law enforcement agencies have started a series of measures to verify the situation.
Recently, a meeting was held at the main office of the GKNB in Osh, attended by representatives from the Ministry of Construction, GKNB staff, and the company's management — Kasymzhanov B.K., Ali uulu B., and Sultanov U.O.
As a result of this meeting, an agreement was reached to complete construction work and hand over the facilities for self-finishing by September 2026. Until this date, the company's management will be subject to travel restrictions abroad, as well as enhanced monitoring of the phased handover of residential properties.
