On January 26, a meeting was held in Osh with the General Director of the construction company "Elite-Stroy-City." This information was disseminated by the press service of the State Committee for National Security.
According to the state committee, this step was a response to a video appeal from the owners of apartments in the residential complex "Manas," addressed to President Sadyr Japarov and the Deputy Prime Minister, who is also the Chairman of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev. The appeal discussed the need to take measures regarding "Elite-Stroy-City" due to delays in handing over apartments and construction delays.
During the discussion, factors affecting the progress of construction work were presented, as well as the reasons why the deadlines for handing over the self-finishing projects were not met.
The management of "Elite-Stroy-City" was also informed about the policies implemented by the government to support the business environment and create favorable conditions for its development, as well as the need for strict compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and fulfilling obligations to the shareholders.
In this regard, the management of the construction company committed to completing all work and handing over the self-finishing projects by September 2026.
It was also noted that the management of "Elite-Stroy-City" would be subject to restrictions on crossing the state border until the construction work is completed, and enhanced control would be established over the phased handover of residential properties.
