The memorandum was signed by Deputy Minister of Energy Altynbek Rysbekov and the General Director of the company, Tszyu Chenzi.














As noted in the statement, the project is expected to be implemented with a total installed capacity of about 200 MW.
It is anticipated that investments in the project will amount to approximately $300 million.The implementation of this project is expected to positively impact the energy sustainability of the country, improving generating capacities and contributing to the development of the energy sector, according to the Ministry of Energy.
