Tashiev informed those gathered about the progress of the investigation. He pointed out that S. M. A., who had previous convictions, had been engaged in illegal activities in the field of pawnshops and usury for a long time. The accused provided loans under extremely unfavorable conditions, which subsequently allowed him to unlawfully seize the property of citizens due to the resulting debts.
As a result of the meeting, Kamchybek Tashiev instructed GKNB employees to conduct an inspection of all pawnshops, including an analysis of interest rates and lending conditions. He emphasized that he would personally oversee the investigation of the case and urged the responsible authorities to establish all facts, identify those involved in the crime, and ensure maximum compensation for the victims.
