
Participants included Jurabek Mirzamakhmudov, Minister of Energy of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Khамraev, Minister of Water Management of Uzbekistan, Taalaybek Ibraev, Minister of Energy of Kyrgyzstan, Yerlan Akkenzhenov, Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan, and Daler Djuma, Minister of Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan. Leaders and specialists from the energy companies of these countries also participated in the discussions.


The meeting emphasized the importance of multilateral cooperation, which fosters the development of relationships, especially in the field of fuel and energy resources.
Key issues were discussed regarding the safe passage of the autumn-winter period, as well as ensuring the stable operation of water-energy systems during the growing season. Participants highlighted the need for further deepening of interaction between the countries.
As a result of the negotiations, the parties reached an agreement on the schedules for the operation of energy networks and confirmed their intention to continue joint actions within the framework of the regional water-energy balance.
