Talantbek Soltobaev has been appointed to replace Abdykar Syrgabaev, who held the position of Minister of Transport and Communications. He previously served as Deputy Minister but was dismissed following criticism from Kamchybek Tashiev regarding the state of roads in the Naryn region.
A new acting Minister of Emergency Situations has been appointed to replace Boobek Azhikeev — he is Urmatbek Shamyrkanov.
Additionally, the Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, Meder Mashiev, has been sent into retirement.
