The vacant deputy mandate was transferred to Talaybek Sarybashov by the Central Election Commission, as reported by the commission's press service.
This decision was made during a meeting of the Central Election Commission. Sarybashov is now registered as a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, representing multi-mandate electoral district No. 8.
He was presented with a deputy certificate and badge, as per established samples.
At the parliamentary session, he took the oath and began to fulfill his duties.
