Alaibek Sarybashov may replace Janar Akaev as a deputy in the ЖК.

After Janar Akayev left the parliament, his seat in the Jogorku Kenesh for district No. 8 may be taken by Talaybek Sarybashov, who received nearly 9,000 votes (6.18 percent) during the elections.

Sarybashov was born on September 11, 1971, in the village of Gulcha, located in the Aksy district. In 2008, he graduated from the Osh State Law Institute. From 2015 to 2018, he served as the authorized representative of the government in the Osh region, and from 2018 to 2021, he held the position of acting mayor of Osh. He also temporarily headed Bishkek for some time. In 2021, Sarybashov was elected as a deputy of the VII convocation of parliament.

It is worth noting that on February 18, President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree appointing Janar Akayev as the mayor of the city of Osh.
