Talaybek Sarybashov was born on September 11, 1971, in the village of Gulcha, located in the Alay district. In 2008, he completed his studies at the Osh State Law Institute. From 2015 to 2018, he served as the authorized representative of the government in the Osh region, and from 2018 to 2021, he worked as the mayor of Osh. For some time, he also acted as the mayor of Bishkek. In 2021, he was elected as a deputy of the VII convocation of parliament.
